Repair and maintenance is a routine practice at NICA. It is an after sale service given to our customers to optimize customer satisfaction.

Our new assembling plant located in Kuje, Abuja, houses our service station with a capacity to assemble 10 units of tractors and implements per day. It is equipped with all the necessary machineries, tools and equipment for repairs.

We offer a free service to customers after the first 100 hours of usage of our tractors.

Repairs and maintenance of our Tractors is also available through mobile workshops in distant locations where the tractors are being used, especially in locations with bad terrain, rocky land and other conditions that may not be favorable for the use of tractor.

We also make provision for fast moving spare parts for the Tractors so it gets within the end users reach.

As part of our quest to be the foremost agro –allied company in the country, we project to start, by the end of 2009, the local manufacturing of 40% local content of the equipment. This goal is in line with the core policy of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Urban Development in Nigeria.
