The Firm comprise of the Board of Directors, who is represented in the management by the president/CEO. The CEO surrounds himself with an internal audit and control personnel, as well as the legal adviser both giving him their unbridled professional position on the running of the company, as well as the legal and business implications of all company decisions. The Legal adviser and Internal Audit personnel reports directly to the CEO.
The Next level of control sees the General Manager at the Helm of Affairs. He steers the operations and interactions of the various Regional offices and departments in NICA Global resources.
