NICA Global resources considers the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and other stakeholders, as well as the environment. We perceive these obligation as extending beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees the need to voluntarily take further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.

Although the basic function of our organization in itself contributes towards a social cause - we believe that NICA Global Resources as a member of society has a moral obligation to do more to help society deal with its problems and to contribute to its welfare.

We are continuously looking for opportunities to take steps that shall contribute to the wellbeing and interests of society.

Exemplary steps we have engaged in towards this cause include:

• Zero Cost Agricultural consultancy to Agricultural Co-operatives
• Zero Cost Finance acquisition to Agricultural Cooperatives for whom we facilitate relevant loans.
• Sponsored Training and developmental Assistance to Staff of Agro-Allied groups and Co-operatives.
• Medical Assistance to the Less Privileged for cases as deemed qualifying by the board.
• Scholarship awards to Focused but under privileged youths.
• Youth empowerment through Skill Acquisition sponsorship programmes.
• Contribution to rural Community Development Initiatives.

We shall be looking for extending these services further with time.
